Agent logins that work on a phone
Agents book from any phone browser. They see only their quota and their own sales.
Seat quotas
Give each agent a number of seats or specific berths per trip. Release unsold quota back to the website at a time you set.
Commission rules
A percentage or fixed amount per seat, by route, berth type or season. Festival rates can differ.
Wallet and credit limits
Agents top up a prepaid wallet or book on credit up to a limit. Bookings stop when the limit is reached.
Counter booking
Counter staff book, take cash or UPI, print a ticket on a thermal printer or send it on WhatsApp.
Settlement sheets
An end-of-day sheet for every agent and counter with tickets, cancellations, cash collected and commission.

Can agents see my other agents’ sales?
No. Each agent sees only their own quota, bookings and balance.
What happens to unsold agent seats?
You choose a release time, for example 3 hours before departure. After that, unsold quota goes back to your website and counters.
Can commission be different for festival trips?
Yes. Set commission rules by date range, route or berth type, and they apply automatically.
Do agents need an app?
No. The agent login works in any phone or computer browser. A thermal printer can be connected at counters.
