The AI suggests. You decide.

AI Fare Planner looks at your bookings, the day of the week, the season, festivals and how many seats are left across the route. It suggests a fare for each berth type on each trip, explains why, and stays inside the limits you set. Nothing changes until you approve it.

Festivals and seasons

Chhath, Diwali, Holi, Eid, wedding season, exams and school holidays are built into the calendar, and you can add your own.

Booking pace

Questions

About AI Fare Planner

Ask the team anything else about how it fits your routes.

Does the AI change fares by itself?

No. It only suggests. You or a manager you allow must approve each change, and you can edit the amount before approving.

Can it suggest lower fares?

Yes. If a trip is filling slower than usual, it suggests a lower fare, never below the floor you set.

How does it know about festivals?

The calendar includes major festivals and holiday periods for each region, and you can add local fairs, exams or events.

Do I need a lot of history to use it?

It works from the first week using route and calendar signals, and suggestions get better as your own booking history builds up.
