Seat Booking

Built around the seat map

Layouts that match your bus

Draw upper and lower decks, single and double berths, seater rows and the driver cabin once. Reuse the layout for every bus of the same body.

Live sync on every channel

When a seat is booked anywhere it turns red everywhere in under a second, including agent phones and counter screens.

Payment holds

A seat being paid for online is held for 8 minutes. If the payment fails or times out, it returns to sale on all channels.

Women-only and reserved seats

Mark berths for women, crew, VIP quota or emergency use. Women travelling alone can choose seats next to other women.

Boarding and dropping points

Each passenger chooses a boarding and dropping point with its time, so the conductor knows who gets on where.

Passenger chart

Print or share the passenger chart for the conductor with names, berths, boarding points and payment status.

Questions

About Seat Booking

Ask the team anything else about how it fits your routes.

Can two agents book the same berth at the same moment?

No. The first confirmed request locks the berth. The second agent sees it turn red and is asked to pick another seat.

Can I keep some seats only for my counter?

Yes. Give each counter and agent a quota per trip. You can also decide when unsold quota is released back to the website.

Do you support mixed sleeper and seater buses?

Yes. A layout can have seater rows on the lower deck and sleeper berths above, each priced separately.

What happens if I change the bus on a trip?

Choose the new bus and Myintrips maps passengers to the new layout. Anyone who needs a different berth is listed for the counter to call or message.
