Every bus. Every paper.

Fleet Desk keeps one record for every bus: permit, insurance, fitness, PUC, road tax, service schedule, tyres and breakdowns. Expiring papers are flagged weeks ahead, and a bus with an expired document is stopped from being put on a trip.

Questions

About Fleet Desk

Ask the team anything else about how it fits your routes.

Can my fleet manager update records from the garage?

Yes. Fleet Desk works on a phone, so documents and job cards can be added with a photo on the spot.

Does it connect to GPS devices?

Yes. Most common GPS trackers used in buses can be connected for live location and odometer readings.

What if a document expires on the day of a trip?

You are reminded 30, 15 and 7 days ahead. If it still expires, the bus is flagged and you are prompted to swap the bus on that trip.

Can I see what each bus costs to run?

Yes. Fuel, service, repairs and breakdowns add up to a monthly running cost for each bus.
